SMALL GROUP TRAINING

When you exercise in a small group you will want to exercise more regularly. Small groups allow for individualized attention with modifications and alternate exercises geared to your needs and goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal trainers will work with you to meet your individualized fitness goals. When you work with our fitness professionals your workouts will change and evolve as you progress.

NUTRITION

Fitness, eating well, getting enough sleep, and stress management are important for looking and feeling good. Cheryl is a certified wellness coach who will create a plan that works for your wellness needs.
